Job description

Please note this is not a remote position.

JOB SUMMARY:

Position performs department/unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, routine office, clerical, and customer service duties. Supports the smooth operation of the department/unit through a wide variety of assignments and ensures quality assistance and service related to processing work requests, triaging calls and visitors. Schedules people and activities and recognizes and respects confidential information. Works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department/unit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent, quality customer service

Competent English grammar and composition skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Spanish Speaking

Associate's Degree

1 year of experience

Experience with office reception and/or multi-line phones

Typing/keyboarding at 40 wpm

Experience performing general office work

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and/or Access

The current salary range for this position is $23.00 to $28.88
