Your Main Responsibilities
  • Plan operations and dispatch crews to perform snow removal activities across several commercial sites simultaneously.
  • Oversee snow removal operations to ensure they meet our internal standards and client expectations.
  • Visit sites during or after snow removal operations to visually inspect service quality and site conditions.
  • Create and update tickets and purchase orders in our snow removal system.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and provide clear, consistent, documented feedback to management.
  • Participate in contract reviews and the year-end review.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees in landscaping, snow removal, or construction. Experience managing large-scale operations in other industries may also be considered.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Bilingual French and English is an asset.
  • Very good organizational skills, with the ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Functional knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • Valid provincial driver’s licence with a driving record acceptable to the company is required.
Terms of Employment
  • Seasonal contract with defined start and end dates.
  • Company vehicle provided for the duration of the contract.
