What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a vertical farm manager, and why are they important?

To succeed as a Vertical Farm Manager, you need expertise in horticulture or agriculture, experience in controlled environment agriculture (CEA), and often a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with hydroponic or aeroponic systems, climate control technologies, and farm management software is typically required.
