Versa-Tagsโ„ข has been serving promotional, automotive, and ad specialty distributors since 1970. Starting with the creation of the original, self-protecting Versa-Tag Key Tag, we have built a national reputation for producing quality printed products right here in the USA!


Versa-Tags is currently seeking Second Shift Press Operators to join our team!

  • Shift: Monday-Thursday with Fridays off!
  • Hours: 2:00pm โ€“ 12:00am


As a Second Shift Press Operator, you will join our high-performing production team operating a variety of printing equipment โ€” such as digital, screen, and die-cut presses โ€” to produce quality promotional and printed products according to job specifications.


This role requires a desire to grow professionally through cross-training on multiple processes and the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.


What you will be doing:


  • Follow all safety requirements, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job functions related to working with inks or chemicals
  • Maintain quality standards for all work performed
  • Use Time Clock and ERP system correctly
  • Meet or exceed established productivity standards
  • Set up various presses (including knowledge of registration, guides, materials, and inks)
  • Get approval on all jobs for color, adhesion, registration, imprint, materials, etc.
  • Communicate clearly with Supervisor (daily numbers, scrap, etc.) and report to Supervisor when low on supplies
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Log job correctly including scrap
  • Operate efficiently
  • Be a great team member!
  • Other duties as assigned
