We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities Specialist who takes pride in creating safe, clean, and efficient work environments. What you bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years of facilities, building maintenance, or property management experience.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledig of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and building upkeep.
  • Monitor building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and facility technicians.
  • Ensure timely response to facility issues and repair requests.
  • Work with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and work orders.
  • Report facility issues, maintenance costs, and operational updates to management.
