Job description

USTCi - Proud Verizon Partner for 25+ Years

Uncapped earning potential!

USTCi has been one of Verizon's most trusted partners for over two decades, and we're growing. We're looking for driven sales professionals who want to be the face of Verizon's 5G revolution - out in the field, building real relationships, and getting rewarded generously for every win.

You will be promoting Verizon's 5G Wireless and Home Internet services to the residents of local apartment communities. This is a field-based, boots-on-the-ground sales role where you'll be building relationships, closing deals, and making a real impact in your territory.

What you'll do

Host Meet & Greet events and go door-to-door in your assigned territory, spark conversations with residents, and guide them toward the Verizon 5G Wireless and Home Internet solutions that fit their lives. You'll close deals, hit your targets, and build momentum every single week.

What you bring

  • Field sales or D2D experience (wireless, internet, cable, or similar)
  • Natural ability to connect with strangers and earn their trust quickly
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
  • Self-directed work ethic - you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for daily travel within your territory

What you walk away with

With a competitive base salary and uncapped commission your earning potential is genuinely in your hands. We give you the tools, training and support to succeed.

  • $50,000-$60,000 first-year earnings - weekly base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Paid training - we invest in your product knowledge and sales skills from day one
  • Generous benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), and vision insurance
  • Real growth - as a national Verizon partner, we promote from within and reward top performers

Ready to build something? Apply now - we want to get you started on your new career.
