Compensation: Up to $65,000.00 per year or more including base salary and commissions.

Mobile Generation, the fastest-growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest is currently looking for outgoing and ambitious Spanish Bilingual Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our retail teams. As a Spanish Bilingual Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Mobile Generation, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Verizon Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

The Spanish Bilingual Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Mobile Generation will be responsible for:

  • Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
  • Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
  • Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
  • Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
  • Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Mobile Generation is looking for candidates with:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
