Job Summary:

An AccuSourceHR Verifications Specialist I is tasked with conducting employment related verifications for employment,

education degrees or diplomas, certifications, licensure as well as professional and personal references. The verifications

can be for both domestic and international verifications. Additionally, verifications may be conducted in accordance with

customized verifications such as Don’t Pass The Trash (DPTT) verifications.


Key Responsibilities:

• Follow departmental procedures to conduct all verifications

• Prioritize and manage workload, ensuring all verifications are attempted and followed up on in a timely manner

• Manage inbound & outbound calls and emails, responding within a timely manner

• Ensuring proper notations and record keeping of all calls, emails, faxes and mailed requests

• Accurately receive and record all verification information

• Review verification information for quality ensuring information reported meets the AccuSourceHR protocol and

quality standards

• Communicate effectively and efficiently with all parties involved in obtaining verification information

• Communicate with clients or applicants in a professional manner regarding various matters such as missing

information or required documentation

• Ability to meet or exceed minimum standard service requirements and process work below the established error

tolerance

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma (or GED) is required; or minimum of 5 years screening experience


Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write clearly and informatively

• Impeccable spelling and grammar, must be comfortable communicating via email, phone and Teams

• Ability to produce work of the highest quality

• Possess ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally

• Proficient in MS Office Suite Software (Work, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

• Strong organizational, time management & prioritization skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage daily workload

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
