We are seeking a USB Validation Engineer to support USB protocol validation, device and accessory firmware quality, regression testing, and automation. The role involves hands-on testing, issue identification, and validation of fixes across USB devices and accessories.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform USB protocol validation and compliance testing across devices and accessories.
  • Conduct thorough manual test sweeps to validate device functionality and firmware quality.
  • Execute regression testing to identify issues and ensure existing functionality remains stable.
  • Validate fixes and verify that reported issues are resolved.
  • Run automated test suites when applicable and analyze test results.
  • Identify, document, and communicate defects with clear reproduction steps and test results.
  • Collaborate with development and firmware teams to investigate and resolve USB-related issues.
  • Maintain test documentation and contribute to improving validation processes.
