Key responsibilities include:Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. You'll also clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility.Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.What We're Looking For:We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player. To succeed in this role, you should have:Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.Pressure washing experience is a must, with at least 1 year of pressure washing experience required.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others.Physical Requirements:  The physical requirements described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
