Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a trusted, therapeutic alliance with clients, creating a safe space for open communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and methods in collaboration with our integrated case management team.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, backgrounds, and therapeutic goals, drawing on diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Theory.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular check-ins and assessments, documenting outcomes and making informed adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to refer clients to appropriate specialists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
