We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to create a positive first impression for residents, visitors, and staff. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service in a warm, community-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently

- Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry

- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

- Provide information and support to residents and their families as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations


Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
