Job description

This role will be based in Nashville, TN

Key Responsibilities

  • Own vendor execution activities across assigned sites, services, or programs, ensuring contracts and service scopes are carried out in alignment with uptime, safety, quality, and operational expectations. 

  • Support end-to-end vendor lifecycle activities, including selection support, onboarding, contract implementation, performance tracking, issue management, and compliance follow-up. 

  • Track vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery commitments; drive corrective actions and escalate recurring or systemic issues. 

  • Coordinate closely with Site Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other business partners to ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues. 

  • Lead or support vendor performance reviews and provide clear, data-backed reporting to site, regional, or functional stakeholders. 

  • Support vendor risk assessments and business continuity planning for critical service providers, including escalation support and contingency planning where appropriate. 

  • Help ensure vendor documentation, records, contracts, insurance, certifications, compliance artifacts, and other required materials are complete and current. 

  • Identify performance gaps, execution risks, commercial concerns, or process inefficiencies and drive improvements that strengthen vendor reliability and service consistency. 

  • Support service transitions, vendor changes, scope expansions, and performance interventions in partnership with internal stakeholders. 

  • Maintain accurate systems, trackers, and reporting related to vendor performance, compliance status, contract requirements, and operational issues. 

  • Reinforce Oracle standards for safety, accountability, communication, and process discipline across vendor interactions. 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5+ years of experience in vendor management, supplier management, contract administration, operations coordination, procurement support, facilities support, or related roles. 

  • Experience managing or supporting critical vendors in data centers, facilities, construction, utilities, manufacturing, logistics, telecom, or other regulated or uptime-sensitive environments. 

  • Strong contract and commercial awareness, with confidence navigating service issues, performance expectations, and vendor accountability. 

  • Working knowledge of safety, compliance, and risk-management practices in operational environments. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Facilities, Procurement, or related field preferred; equivalent experience also valued.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.   • Familiarity with supplier performance management, supplier strategy, benchmarking, cost reduction techniques, or structured vendor governance models. 

  • Experience supporting vendor audits, compliance reviews, safety documentation, insurance tracking, or contract renewals. 

  • Knowledge of procurement systems, contract lifecycle tools, reporting dashboards, ticketing systems, or workflow platforms is a plus. 

  • Exposure to facilities operations, maintenance services, commissioning, construction support, or technical service vendors is strongly preferred. 

  • Supply chain, procurement, contract management, or vendor management certifications are a plus. 

Physical Demands / Work Environment
 This role supports mission-critical data center environments where execution quality, responsiveness, and operational discipline are essential. Regular attendance and occasional travel are required to support vendor coordination, site engagement, and performance oversight. To perform these duties, you must be able to frequently walk, stand, and move through operational and office environments, with occasional visits to industrial or active site areas. These tasks must be performed safely, with or without reasonable accommodation, to support the continuous health of site operations and vendor-delivered services.
