As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. As a Warehouse Driver, your overall objective will be to support our customers through a combination of warehouse operations, local deliveries, inventory management, and customer-facing service. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities and schedules shift throughout the day.
This is a customer-facing position that combines driving responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work. You will operate company vehicles, support vending machine inventory programs, complete deliveries and pickups, and help maintain efficient warehouse operations. Schedule:
This position generally works Monday through Friday on a dependable 5x8 schedule. Typical hours are either 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with some flexibility on start time depending on business needs. No nights or weekends!

As a Warehouse Driver, here is how you will make an impact:
  • Safely operate company vehicles including vans, pickup trucks, box trucks, and occasionally a 26-foot box truck
  • Complete local deliveries and will call pickups while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Obtain customer signatures and ensure accurate delivery documentation
  • Organize and plan daily delivery routes for efficiency
  • Receive incoming product and assist with stocking inventory
  • Pick, pack, stage, load, and ship customer orders
  • Fill and maintain customer vending machines and inventory programs
  • Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on vending machines
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and maintaining warehouse organization
  • Use computers and software systems to support inventory tracking and operational tasks
  • Support miscellaneous warehouse projects and operational needs as assigned

Here is what we need from a Warehouse Driver:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Driving history that aligns with our Safe Driver Policy
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and DOT physical
  • Birth certificate or passport required for customer site badging purposes
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other operational software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, problem solve, and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the workday
  • Forklift experience is preferred, but onsite training will be provided
  • PPE required while working in warehouse and customer environments
