As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll help ensure employees have the safety equipment they need by keeping our customer vending machines stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Restock PPE vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized
  • Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed
  • Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines
  • Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service

Schedule:

This position supports three customer locations and averages 35 hours per week. Most work is completed Monday through Friday, with occasional work every other Saturday. Daily hours vary based on customer needs but are typically scheduled between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

You will be supporting customer locations throughout the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, including Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, and Bensenville.

You'll be comfortable working in active manufacturing and warehouse environments that may:

  • Be dusty and not temperature controlled
  • Require walking throughout the facility
  • Include forklifts, machinery, and other moving equipment
  • Require adherence to customer-specific safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
