Job description
Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Fuel department. Support the day-to-day functions of the Fuel operations. Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. E ffective Communication Skills
A bility to handle stressful situations
K nowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)

A ny fuel experience
A ssist store management in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews, and take appropriate action on all financial reports
P articipate in the inventory process
M aintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions; note any discrepancies in inventory
T rain department associates on inventory/stocking and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO)
R esponsible for fuel delivery and documentation of fuel inventory
P rocess fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales quickly and accurately
F ollow opening and closing procedures for Fuel center
M aintain till according to company policy
P erform cashier functions, including opening/closing register, ringing sales, completing tender transactions, and money drops
C omply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions to management
R einforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management
M aintain state, local and company compliance reports and logs
C omplete incident and security reports
C lean up spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
M aintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
N otify management of customer or employee accidents
R eport all safety risks, or issues, and illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud
P ractice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair
S tock and inventory merchandise in kiosks
C lean and maintain kiosk and equipment as well as fuel dispensers, vending machines, trash receptacles, customer surfaces, and parking area outside the kiosk
M ust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
