Position: Automation Developer

Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, and Phoenix AZ

Technology Satellites:  Cincinnati, OH,  Miamisburg, OH, Downers Grove, IL, Overland Park, KS, Philadelphia, PA, Columbus, OH, Little Rock, AR, and Jacksonville, FL

Ability to work remote: HYBRID – (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Duration: Contract to hire

Industry background:

Digital Product Release Experience REQUIRED

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.

• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.

• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.

• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.

• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

*Needs experience in configuring and implementing the Service Now platform specifically for Digital Product Release

Must Have Technical Skills:

•Digital Product Release (DPR)

•Write policies and create templates reusing them

•Evaluating tooling output in policies for PtX gate evaluations

•DevOps Change Velocity

•Integration with tooling like JIRA, GitHub Enterprise, Testing Tools, etc.

•Automated Testing Framework (ATF)

•Write tests and reuse OOTB tests

•Incorporate tests into automated release pipeline
