Responsibilities

  • Providing quality customer service to all vehicles
  • Knowledge of in vehicle technology (setting Bluetooth etc.)
  • Hold a high standard of work and customer service
  • Brand knowledge on all Toyota products
  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures
  • Understand the proper disposal procedures
  • Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
  • Show common courtesy to all customers and dealership personnel
  • Ensure all vehicles are dry and vacuumed prior to the customer picking up vehicle.
  • Preform nightly/ daily cleaning task
  • Any other task assigned by manager
