Graphic Designer - Production

Rev Designs

Las Cruces, NM

$18/hr

Full-time

Posted 11 days ago

Job description

REV Designs is a vehicle graphics and branding studio in Las Cruces, NM. We design, produce, and install commercial fleet wraps, emergency vehicle graphics, and custom vehicle builds. We're not a print-and-stick shop — we're a design-first operation where creative quality drives everything we do. We're looking for a Production Designer who's fast and precise in Adobe Illustrator, understands print production workflows, and takes pride in clean file structure.

Compensation:

$15 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production-ready files for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, and signage
  • Execute vehicle wrap layouts from approved concepts and templates
  • Handle day-to-day production: decal orders, repeat layouts, file prep, cut paths, and color management
  • Support the Lead Designer on brand packages, including layout, asset prep, and mockups
  • Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and production standards
  • Coordinate with the production and install team to ensure files are print-ready and on schedule
  • Assist with production and install as needed — cross-training is part of how our team operates

Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of professional design experience (agency, print shop, sign shop, or in-house)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator — this is your primary tool
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of print production: Pantone matching, ICC profiles, bleeds, and large-format file prep
  • Clean, organized file management habits
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without reminders
  • Vehicle wrap or large-format print experience is a plus, but not required

About Company

REV Designs is a vehicle graphics and branding studio based in Las Cruces, NM. For over 13 years, we've designed, produced, and installed commercial fleet wraps, emergency vehicle graphics, motorsports builds, and brand identity systems. We're a small, high-output team that takes the craft seriously — quality drives every decision we make.

What we offer:

  • 4/10 workweek (Monday–Thursday) with 3-day weekends
  • up to 80 hours PTO annually
  • direct access to ownership with no corporate layers
  • variety across commercial, emergency, and motorsports work
  • a team that takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
