Job description

We are seeking a Manager of Racing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all BRP operations related to racing activities. They will oversee a multidisciplinary team whose mission is to optimize the performance of BRP off-road vehicles and snowmobiles, while establishing a support structure that fosters the success of our products in a competitive racing environment.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Represent BRP among key stakeholders in the racing industry and be responsible for developing business partnerships with various partners (promoters, sanctioning bodies, race teams, athletes, etc.).

  • Work in partnership with the engineering department to optimize BRP vehicles for different racing environments.

  • Supervise a team of multidisciplinary professionals in the department’s operations (procurement, logistics, testing sessions, engineering projects, etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to maximize the impact of racing successes.

  • Define strategic plans to implement high-performing racing programs that support brand positioning and the launch of BRP products.

  • Achieve racing performance objectives while adhering to allocated budgets.
