Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical WBS Vehicle Test Engineer to join our Wheel Brake System (WBS) R&D team in Seongnam-si, Republic of Korea.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive vehicle testing programs to ensure our products meetthe highest standards of performance, safety, and quality.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to validate vehicle systemsand drive continuous improvement through systematic testing and data-driven insights.

  • Brake technology (EPB, Electric Parking Brake) development withKorean OEM
  • Execute vehicle testing programs including performance, durability, safety, and environmental testing in accordance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze test data using specialized software tools and generate detailed technical reports documenting findings, anomalies, and recommendations
  • Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot vehicle issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain organized and detailed documentation of all test procedures, results, and compliance records
  • Identify and evaluate vehicle system failures, root causes, and performance deviations against established specifications
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with applicable automotive safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive test summaries and presentations for stakeholder review and decision‑making
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize testing efficiency and reduce time‑to‑market for new vehicle programs

  • Bachelor or above degree in Engineering (Preference for Mechanical and Electronic Engineering)
  • + 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Strong leadership and resource management skill
  • SW/System requirement understanding
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English & Korean
  • Driver's license
