Eddy's CDJR in Wichita, KS is currently looking to hire experienced Automotive Technicians. Ideal candidates will have MULTIPLE YEARS of Automotive Technician experience. Certification experience is a MUST! We are looking for EXPERIENCED, CAREER-MINDED individuals. We are offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package! Relocation assistance is also available for out-of-town candidates and tool allowance for qualified candidates. Significant Automotive Technician experience is REQUIRED for this position. Sign on/Stay on bonuses available depending on qualifications.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

  • $20 .00 --$35.00 an hour depending on experience
  • Monday Friday with rotating Saturday s

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Routine inspections and maintenance on line
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Full automotive trouble shooting and testing
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Valid Driver's License and in good standing with DMV
  • Able to pass a background check
