Summary

We are working with a well-established, employee-owned mechanical and infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience managing complex mechanical, industrial, and process piping projects valued at $5M+. The ideal candidate is skilled in project oversight, estimating, scheduling, and mentoring field and office staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle project delivery including safety, quality, budget, procurement, and client relations
• Maintain project schedules and financial performance with support from internal teams
• Mentor project engineers, field staff, and supervisors to ensure team development and success
• Engage directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project
• Prepare proposal packages, takeoffs, conceptual and final estimates
• Support client acquisition and build long-term partnerships with repeat clients
• Drive communication across project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing construction projects over $5M in markets like hydro power, high-tech, or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Viewpoint, and estimating platforms
• Ability to perform detailed estimating and change order management
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
