Job description

As the Lot Coordinator, you will receive and check in new vehicles to ensure there is no damage. You will also update vehicle inventory and assist with moving vehicles for auction. 

Lot Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive new vehicles.  
  • Inspect new vehicles for damage.
  • Update and maintain vehicle inventory.
  • Create auction loads for carriers.
  • Assist with auction preparation to ensure vehicles are shipped.
  • Move used vehicles to the auction lot. 
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Lot Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma.
  • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be attentive to details.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Windows).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Disciplined and routine-oriented, yet adaptable to change.
