The Used Vehicle Manager leads the Used Vehicle Department for the store including management of inventory, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning process in partnership with the Service team. This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase trade appraisals, achieve targeted used vehicle unit sales and profit margins while delighting every Customer along the way.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Leading yourself and the sales team in a way that supports AutoNation’s Vision and MissionEnsuring effective inventory mix and pricing to market.
