Job Title:  Veeva Vault Administrator
Location: Rahway, NJ or Westpoint, PA
 
 Job description:
  • Administer and configure Veeva Vault modules (eTMF, CTMS, RIM, PromoMats, etc.) to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage user access, security roles, workflows, lifecycles, and metadata models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable Vault solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop user guides for Vault functionalities.
  • Participate in SDLC activities including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Support Veeva product releases and assess impact on business processes.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and change management.
