Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in business process operations, functional analysis, business systems, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, specifically Veeva Registrations
  • Experience supporting Veeva implementation, transition, lifecycle management, and change control
  • Strong experience creating, updating, and maintaining business process documentation
  • Experience developing and maintaining training materials, education content, and user support resources

  • Experience with website content management, website design, or development

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with SMEs, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the transition and ongoing maintenance of Veeva Registrations Vault processes.
  • Create, update, and maintain business process documentation and execution resources.
  • Develop, transition, and maintain training and education materials for end users.
  • Gather user feedback and incorporate appropriate enhancements into training and support resources.
  • Support the rollout of training updates and coordinate with relevant learning and development teams.
  • Develop global HRM communications and change management content across multiple delivery channels.
  • Work with SMEs to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Support Change Control Board activities, including change submissions, tracking, metrics, and meeting coordination.
  • Support FACT and workshop facilitators in capturing future business and system requirements.
  • Maintain HRM website content and ensure users have access to current, relevant process and support information.
  • Support user adoption and provide post-Go-Live support materials.
  • Collaborate with HRM and cross-functional business partners to ensure process consistency and business continuity.
  • Support additional Veeva implementation phases, including content planning, document management, and publishing.
  • Help identify process improvements and ensure solutions align with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Support reporting, metrics, and data governance activities related to HRM business processes.
Ideal Candidate

A senior HRM Business Process Operations Specialist / Functional Analyst with strong experience in Veeva Registrations, business process documentation, training and user adoption, requirements gathering, change management, change control, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support large-scale Veeva implementation and transition initiatives.
