About the Role

AsDirector,Product Marketing,you'llown product marketing for Veeam IntelligentResOps, one of Veeam's newest and most visible offerings. IntelligentResOpsis the first offering that integrates data resilience with security as part of the VeeamDataAICommand Platform.

You'llown positioning, messaging, launches, campaign strategy, and sales enablement for IntelligentResOps, andyou'llpartner with pricing, competitive intelligence, partner, and VCSP teams tosetthe central strategy for those motions.You'llalso be the person who knows how the business is performing, tracking the metrics that connect product marketing topipeline, winrate, and revenue.

This is a senior role with the opportunity to grow with the business, for someone who cansetstrategy, drive execution through influence, and hold their own in a room with product, sales, and executive leadership.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Own positioning and messaging: Set the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Veeam IntelligentResOps, and connect it to the story that unites Veeam's data resilience, data security, and AI trust capabilities, including howSecuritiAI's capabilities fit in
  • Lead launches: Own launch strategy and execution for IntelligentResOps, driving readiness across product, sales, and marketing so every launch lands with impact
  • Set campaign strategy: Define the campaign strategy and core content that demand generation and field marketing teams runwith, anduse what you learn to sharpen the next wave
  • Drive sales enablement: Create the messaging, plays, and training that help sellers win, and build material that sales actuallyuses
  • Own the competitive narrative: Set the competitive strategy in a fast-moving, crowded category, partnering with competitive intelligence teams to turn insight into battle cards and objection handling
  • Shape the category: Build relationships with industry analysts to influence category definition and coverage of Veeam's positioning
  • Set pricing and packaging strategy: Partner with pricing and finance teams to set the central pricing and packaging strategy for IntelligentResOpsand evolve it as the business grows
  • Equip every route to market: Partner with alliance, channel, and VCSP marketing teams to set how IntelligentResOpsis positioned across every route to market
  • Bring the market insight: Feed voice of customer, win/loss insight, and market trends into product management to sharpen the roadmap

What Youโ€™ll Bring
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data resilience
  • Proven track record setting go-to-market strategy for complex, technical products at scale
  • A business-owner mindset, comfortable being measured on pipeline, win rate, and revenue impact
  • Strong public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills, spanning executive and board-level presentations and industry analyst engagements; a proven track record is a must

Pay Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
