Job description

PROJECT MANAGER – STAGE RIGGING

Location Confidential

$75,000–$85,000 + Relocation Assistance


Theater Outsource is recruiting a Project Manager for an established theatrical and entertainment-systems integrator in Indianapolis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage stage-rigging and drapery projects from planning through installation.

• Review specifications, building plans, drawings, and system diagrams.

• Coordinate submittals, equipment, shipping, labor, and installation schedules.

• Work with customers, contractors, suppliers, installers, engineers, and sales teams.

• Develop takeoffs, pricing, proposals, and project budgets.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking someone with hands-on stage-rigging experience who is ready to apply that knowledge to project management.

Experience with theatrical rigging, drapery, motorized hoists, automation, installation, estimating, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or Bluebeam may translate well.

The position requires up to 50% travel. ETCP certification is preferred but not required.
