Job description

Vector Control Area Manager

This is responsible supervisory and field work in performing and coordinating vector control efforts.

Jurisdiction - Yearly Salary

Mobile County Health Department - $50,527 - $80,775

Requirements

Minimum Qualification Requirements Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, and a minimum of three years responsible experience in vector control activities; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.

Special Requirement Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence. Must, within one year of employment, possess a Commercial Applicator's Permit in the category of Public Health and Ground and/or Aerial Application by the State of Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries and a valid Alabama boat operator (vessel) license.
