The Visual Display eCommerce Expansion Business + Marketing Strategy & Operations Excellence Director will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth in the CE business, focusing on carrier, SMB, social commerce, marketplace commerce, and new partnership initiatives. This role will oversee key projects for 2026, manage external partnerships, develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, and ensure operational excellence in site operations and marketing execution.

- Incorporate AX transformation in all our day-to-day activities (as much as feasible). Expected to use Claude/Gemini/Open AI every-day (vs. traditional MS Suite of Excel/PPT etc.)

To create the best customer experience online by setting Global and Local Best Practices to share with other subsidiaries and retail partners.
Future Vision:
Our eCommerce operations are managed through our eCommerce storefront, reflecting a destination-based mindset. However, by 2030, this model will fragment into a multi-vector integrated commerce engine. To remain competitive, we must transition to a distribution-based mindset, positioning our eCommerce platform as a Centralized eCommerce Hub.

Role and Responsibilities

This hub will serve as the master logic and technical engine, powered by a Unified API, inventory, and data infrastructure to support six key commercial pillars: Owned DTC, 3P Marketplace Ecosystem, Social Commerce, AI & LLM Commerce, Partner & Mobile Carrier Commerce & SMB Ecosystem Infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Build new business frontier for the eCommerce business to new channels to change from a 'Destination' mindset a 'Distribution' Mindset (Shop from anywhere eCommerce Model)
  • Own key strategic projects for 2026-2027, including carrier, SMB, social commerce, marketplace commerce, and new partnership initiatives.
  • Manage big external partnership deals with carrier partnerships (VZW, T-Mobile, ATT), social platforms (Meta, TikTok), payment partners (Meta, AMEX, PayPal, Affirm), and marketplace (Walmart, BBY, AMZ) partners.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches & new distribution channels (LLM/AI based channels, SMB channels, Streaming-Shopping channels)
  • Evaluate customer experience journeys (CEJ) and inventory planning for projects.
  • Execute sports marketing programs and content awareness strategies (e.g., CFB Championship Programs, Watch Learn Earn) and new external marketing partnership that drive revenue that

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing external partnerships and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate consumer experience journeys and inventory planning.
  • Experience in executing sports marketing programs and new product launches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading companies illustrated above.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
