  • Develop multiple high-quality creative concepts and design solutions that respond to strategic briefs across a range of visual styles.

  • Strong understanding of brand identity systems, logo development, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Exceptional eye for composition, color, texture, lighting, hierarchy, and detail, with the ability to create premium, visually compelling work.

  • Advanced-to-expert proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, including high-end compositing, retouching, image finishing, and vector illustration.

  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus; proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint, or presentations and design documentation.

  • Strong conceptual mindset with experience translating ideas into compelling visual narratives, storyboards, and customer-facing experiences.

  • Confident presenter who can clearly articulate creative rationale to internal teams and clients while managing project feedback and revisions.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines and creative standards.

  • Actively contribute to brainstorms, collaborate across disciplines, mentor junior designers, and help elevate the overall quality of the creative team.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams by proactively communicating project status, solving challenges, and contributing thoughtful creative recommendations.
