Collaboration with other developers and IT staff is usually essential, as knowledge about the legacy application may be scattered across team members or institutional memory.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Visual Basic (VB) developer?

To thrive as a Visual Basic (VB) Developer, you need strong programming skills in VB.NET, knowledge of object-oriented design, and typically a degree in computer science or related field.
