We are Fanatics Collect, the largest trading card marketplace in the world, based in Tigard, Oregon. As we continue to grow rapidly, we're seeking passionate team members to help us deliver exceptional service and operational excellence to our clients.

Role Summary

The Operations Associate plays a critical role within the Operations Department, working cross-functionally to manage, track, curate, and fulfill high-value assets. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position supports both intake operations and logistics, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely processing of all items moving in and out of the vault. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and is passionate about collectibles.

Shift schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage intake and curation of collectibles, including titling vintage, modern, and TCG cards using Fanatics Collect formatting standards
  • Review, organize, and archive assets for vault storage
  • Prepare assets for auction listings, including image/video review and replacement
  • Re-sticker archival keys and transfer items between locations as needed
  • Perform pre- and post-authentication processes (imaging, video shooting, review, and finalization)
  • Support cross-functional operations such as Imaging, Raw Card Ingestion, and Logistics
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments; manage high volumes of incoming packages and auction fulfillments
  • Prepare, package, and label orders accurately, verifying item serial numbers against inventory
  • Identify and pull inventory items for client fulfillments and auction sales
  • Maintain accurate digital inventory records and ensure storage integrity
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues (e.g., mis-shipments, rush orders, discrepancies)
  • Monitor and update inventory systems to reflect real-time asset status
Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or asset management (collectibles or e-commerce background is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
