DevOps Engineer
360training is seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in Azure, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD automation. This role will help build, operate, and scale our cloud infrastructure that powers mission-critical applications across multiple brands and environments.
The DevOps Engineer will work closely with the Lead DevOps Engineer and cross-functional teams to improve deployment speed, reliability, and system observability while driving consistency and automation across the platform. This individual will play a key role in ensuring stability, performance, and security of our production environments in Azure.
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on DevOps professional who is comfortable managing both containers and IaaS workloads, and takes ownership of automation and deployment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure amp; Automation
  • Build, manage, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform) whenever possible.
  • Support deployment and scaling of workloads in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps (ACA).
  • Maintain and harden Azure IaaS environments, including Windows and Linux servers.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins to automate application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Optimize build and deployment workflows for speed, reliability, and consistency across all environments.
Cloud Reliability amp; Operations
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production systems through proactive monitoring and automation.
  • Manage platform-level services including App Gateway, Front Door, WAF, DNS, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues quickly, performing deep root-cause analysis and recommending long-term fixes.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and assist with off-hours deployments.
Infrastructure Governance amp; Security
  • Enforce configuration management and security best practices across all environments.
  • Manage Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Key Vault secrets, and network security policies.
  • Work with Security and Compliance to align infrastructure controls with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS standards.
  • Participate in infrastructure reviews, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to corporate policies.
Collaboration amp; Delivery
  • Partner with Development, QA, and Data teams to support reliable, automated deployments across multiple environments.
Continuous Improvement amp; Innovation
  • Identify and eliminate manual operational tasks through automation.
  • Research and implement emerging DevOps technologies (Helm, GitOps frameworks, container security, IaC pipelines).
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure patterns.
  • Help standardize deployment processes across acquired and legacy brands to streamline delivery and reduce downtime.
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services, networking, and security.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform).
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) and orchestration best practices.
  • Competency with both Windows and Linux administration in Azure.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Working knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Azure cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, WAF) and Azure Front Door for web traffic management.
  • Experience with implementing Application Performance Monitoring
