WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A VAULT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE?

In this role, you'll accept and release card inventory, verify quantities, maintain accurate vault documentation, and create inventory reports. You'll also reconcile stored quantities, process claims, and ensure the vault remains organized, secure, and compliant while supporting daily operational needs under management guidance.


WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full-time, 3rd shift position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR VAULT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE?

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to document and verify incoming and outgoing stock
  • Basic computer skills (including Excel)
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to follow PCI security procedures

Previous experience working with inventory documentation or controlled stock is preferred.
