The city enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year, a thriving arts and cultural scene, and easy access to the Franklin Mountains State Park - offering world-class hiking, rock climbing, and outdoor recreation right in your backyard. El Paso's cost of living is well below the national average, and Texas residents benefit from zero state income tax, giving your compensation even greater take-home value. The city is home to Division I universities and respected private colleges, providing strong educational options for families at every stage. With a rich blend of Southwestern culture, vibrant festivals, historic sites, and authentic cuisine, El Paso offers a quality of life that is as rewarding outside the hospital as it is within it.
