Vascular Surgeon
Location Options: Miami or Orlando Florida
Position Overview
Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a full-time, board-certified Vascular Surgeon to join one of our established, physician-led cardiovascular practices in Florida.
Opportunities are available in Miami and Orlando allowing the incoming physician to choose the location that best fits their professional and personal goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a physician with a builder's mindset who is interested in helping develop and expand a comprehensive vascular surgery service line within an established cardiovascular practice. The incoming surgeon will collaborate closely with cardiologists, endovascular specialists, and advanced practice providers while caring for a large, built-in cardiovascular patient population.
Position Highlights
Key responsibilities include:
  • Open and endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
  • Carotid artery interventions
  • Aortic and peripheral aneurysm management
  • Dialysis access creation and maintenance
  • Venous disease evaluation and treatment
  • Limb salvage and critical limb ischemia management
  • Development and expansion of vascular surgery services
  • Collaboration with cardiologists, vascular specialists, and APPs

Practice Environment
Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary cardiovascular team that may include:
  • Interventional, Structural, and Non-Invasive Cardiologists
  • Electrophysiologists
  • Interventional Radiologists
  • Advanced Imaging Physicians
  • Advanced Practice Providers
  • Dedicated clinical and administrative support

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new Interventional Radiology service line within a brand-new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center, supported by an established cardiovascular practice and strong procedural demand.

Responsibilities include:
  • Growing vascular surgery services within an established cardiovascular practice

Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
  • Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery residency or fellowship
  • Active Florida medical license (or eligibility)
  • Expertise in both open and endovascular vascular procedures preferred
  • Strong clinical and procedural skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Collaborative mindset with an interest in growing a vascular surgery service line
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
