Packaging & Distribution department and help bring premium cannabis products to market.
About the Role As a Packaging & Distribution Associate, you will work hands-on with cannabis products, ensuring they are prepared, packaged, and ready for retail and distribution. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail are key. You will play an important role in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and compliance while meeting production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply labels and stickers to packaging materials accurately.
  • Assemble packaging and prepare vape pens for shipment.
  • Operate packaging equipment (training provided).
  • Maintain quality control standards and follow all compliance guidelines.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21+ with a valid Colorado MED Employee Badge.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Punctual, dependable, and a team player.
  • Closed-toe shoes and secured hair required; ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
