This 18-month hybrid position in Albany, NY seeks a skilled Software Developer experienced across the full software development lifecycle — from research and design to programming, testing, and implementation. The role requires 84 months of Swift development, including server-side Swift, Swift Package Manager, concurrency (async/await), and error handling. Candidates should also have 24 months of experience with web frameworks such as Express.js, Django, or Rails, demonstrating strong skills in RESTful API design, routing, middleware, and request/response handling. Additionally, 24 months of frontend experience with NextJS, React, and TypeScript is required, particularly in building admin dashboards, managing state, and integrating APIs for dynamic data-driven interfaces.

The role also calls for 48 months of database and infrastructure experience with SQL (preferably SQL Server), ORM tools like Prisma or Sequelize, and DevOps exposure involving Docker and deployment pipelines. Another 48 months of DevOps experience is expected in areas such as RESTful API management, authentication/authorization (JWT, sessions), API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI), Git-based collaboration, and CI/CD automation with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
