You will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. As part of a collaborative team,you'llcontribute to the store's success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experience. Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. Delivera high levelof personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales bymaintaininga consumer-centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements most. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: Ability togenuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong communicationskills-both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications. Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation. $16.05 - $21.12 USD per hour
