REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. Candidates with a degree or an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering and/or computer science are preferred, although candidates with degrees in mechanical engineering or other relevant experience will also be considered. Strong experience drafting complex software patent applications is a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be comfortable working directly with clients, and possess strong writing and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have of focused experience in the following areas:

- Drafting patent applications in the computer arts (e.g., software, AI/ML/LLMs, FinTech, web applications, telecommunications, integrated circuits, etc.)

- Prosecuting patent applications
