Job description

Core Responsibilities
1. Ensures accurate and timely completion of daily fund and investment operational functions, maintains control of fund level processes and owns fund level tasks under general supervision. Ensures all tasks meet pre-established processes and service agreements.
2. Identifies, measures, manages, and monitors operational risks and proactively seeks to mitigate those risks by developing improved processes, policies, controls and relationships with internal partners.
3. Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation for the group fund operation procedures. Works to maintain a comprehensive conceptual understanding of the funds as assigned.
4. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external clients and business partners. Anticipates clients needs and ensures clients satisfaction related to the services being provided.
5. Prepares reporting for internal and external clients and maintains effective working relationships. Fosters effective communication and anticipates client needs and ensure client satisfaction.
6. Participates in Control and Risk Management, Contingency and Information Security efforts to mitigate business risks.
7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • One year related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
