Specialist Fysische geneeskunde en revalidatie
  • Specialist Fysische Geneeskunde (bij voorkeur met bijkomende specialisatie revalidatie)
  • Je bent erkend als arts-specialist in de fysische geneeskunde en revalidatie of bent bereid de bijkomende erkenning in locomotorische revalidatie te behalen.
  • Je bouwt mee aan de ambulante en poliklinische werking binnen het ziekenhuis. Een bijkomende specialisatie of affiniteit met een specifieke patiëntendoelgroep is een meerwaarde.
  • Je staat mee in voor een goede werking van je zorgeenheid en van de (ambulante) revalidatietrajecten, en stimuleert een maximale interdisciplinaire werking.
  • Je zorgt mee voor de kwaliteit van de fysiotherapie in huis.
  • Je biedt mee ondersteuning in de supervisie van assistenten Fysische geneeskunde.
  • Je biedt deskundige zorg en geeft mee invulling aan het kwaliteitsbeleid van het ziekenhuis.
  • Je streeft naar een integratiewerking op medisch, verpleegkundig en revalidatievlak.
  • Je hebt interesse in wetenschappelijk onderzoek.
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en zorgt voor een accurate opvolging van je patiëntendossiers.
  • Je bent een sterke netwerker.
  • Je bent een teamplayer.
  • Je bent empathisch ingesteld en je bent een goede communicator met een goede kennis van het Nederlands (kennis van het Frans is welkom).
  • Je kan op een vlotte en correcte manier informatie verstrekken aan patiënten.
  • Je kan medewerkers aansturen in functie van medische en revalidatiedoelstellingen.
  • Je werkt als zelfstandige, het arbeidsregime is overeen te komen.
  • De functie omvat minimaal vijf halve dagen per week, in overleg met de hoofdarts flexibel in te plannen.
  • Je komt terecht in een team van fysische artsen en revalidatieartsen, elk met hun eigen specialisatie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen afdeling, met een gespecialiseerd team ter ondersteuning, en geeft advies aan de andere diensten.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheden om je expertise op peil te houden en aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek mee te werken.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid voor het volgen van een opleiding tot revalidatiearts.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team in een sterk gespecialiseerd revalidatieziekenhuis.
  • Je werkt in een unieke groene setting waar de revalidant centraal staat.
  • Kom je met de wagen, dan hebben we gratis parking ter beschikking.
  • In ons personeelsrestaurant kan je als medewerker terecht voor gratis soep en voor een warme maaltijd, broodjes, saladebar en desserts aan voordelige prijzen. Er is bovendien een traiteurdienst waardoor je maaltijden kan meenemen naar huis.
