        Value Stream Ownership: Drive performance across quality and delivery metrics; lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Bring:

        Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.

        Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering. Prior experience in Gas Power Controls Engineering is essential.

        Performance Leadership: Proven track record of driving improvements in engineering quality and delivery performance across teams and projects.

        Global Collaboration: Strong global mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.

        Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to communicate and present clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels-including management, peers, team members, and clients.

        Travel: Attend customer sites as needed (10%)

Pay Range: ($120,000 to $150,000 for US).
