We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethical standards for the following position:

  • Metrology Program Manager

Location: Rockville, MD

Summary

The Metrology Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of calibration and metrology services supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory, utility, and facility systems. The role oversees program performance, KPI achievement, compliance, staffing, client communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site metrology and calibration operations.
  • Lead client meetings and governance reviews.
  • Monitor KPIs, compliance metrics, and service performance.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and workload priorities.
  • Support audits, inspections, deviations, and investigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
