Duties * You will have the management responsibility and oversight for all issues and personnel related to NRL Facilities and Environmental in support of the NRL research mission. * You will direct the planning, programming, and execution of the various functions of the division. * You will assess project proposals, staffing mixes and level, and status of planned tasks to ensure the most profitable, effective, and efficient means are used to accomplish the mission. * You will be responsible for the environmental programs and ensuring awareness of and compliance with environmental regulations. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administering a multi-million dollar annual budget supporting critical laboratory operations; 2) Establishing divisional requirements and strategic program objectives to align daily operations with the agency's research mission; and 3) Managing a multi-tiered organizational structure comprised of technical and support services to optimize mission workflow. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
