Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Valet Parking Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely manner. They greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a positive first and last impression of the facility or establishment. Reporting to the Lead Valet Ambassador, this position will perform the day-to-day valet parking for operations located at Centennial Yards.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00-$16.00 and is tip eligible

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Assist with opening vehicle doors, handling luggage, and directing guests as needed.
  • Answer guest inquiries about the facility, nearby attractions, or services.
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.
  • Ensure proper handling of keys and maintain accurate vehicle logs.
  • Adhere to traffic and parking regulations at all times.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damage before parking and report issues promptly.
  • Handle guest property with care and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage to vehicles.
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Manage parking lot capacity and maximize available space.
  • Use valet management systems or ticketing software (if applicable).
  • Work closely with other attendants to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors about operational issues or guest concerns.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet services is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to run short distances repeatedly.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and running; lifting heavy luggage as needed.
