Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist Green Hills, Nashville, TN (Fully Onsite) $75,000 DOE Direct Hire | Permanent Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns. Develop lead generation and demand generation strategies. Create and improve landing pages and conversion funnels. Execute SEO initiatives to increase website traffic and visibility. Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics. Build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Support CRM, marketing automation, and campaign tracking efforts. Qualifications 3–5 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills. B2B, healthcare, or commercial real estate marketing experience preferred.
