HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish Required) Location: Carson, CA Schedule: 100% Onsite Compensation: $27/hr-$34/hr A growing construction and trades company is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a large employee population across multiple business units. This position will focus heavily on employee relations, leave administration, HR compliance, and employee support. Responsibilities Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters Investigate and resolve employee relations issues Administer leaves of absence and employee accommodations Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance projects Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, and leadership teams Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience Strong employee relations experience Experience administering LOAs and HR compliance programs Ability to support a high-volume workforce Strong organization and communication skills ADP experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
